Arrive at the time of the event, we will start 5 min past the hour.

- Performance outfits are must. Team Black T-shirt and Black shorts. Purchase in Gym.
- RG Toe shoes
- Apparatus: Ball, Rope, Ribbon, etc
- Hair must be done in Rhythmic Gymnastic Style
Performance divided into 50 min sessions.
